The registration process for AVAR 2013 requires us to collect a minimal amount of personal data from each registrant. This information will enable us to communicate effectively with registrants with regard to all aspects of the AVAR 2013 conference, to facilitate payment of delegate fees and to communicate details of future AVAR events. The data collected in the registration process will be used solely for these activities and for none other. The data will not be disclosed to any third party, nor will it be used for any purpose other than that described herein.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

The conference registration fee is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
The conference registration fee includes :

• - Admission to all sessions
• - Conference proceedings post event
• - Welcome Drinks Reception on December 4^th 2013
• - Lunch & mid-session refreshments on December 5^th & 6^th 2013
• - Drinks Reception followed by Gala Dinner on December 5^th 2013
