Submission of Abstract
Please submit the following information to the AVAR 2013 Organizing Committee before 22^nd July, 2013. The abstract should be submitted via e-mail in TXT, RTF or PDF format.

• - Name and affiliation
• - E-mail and mailing address
• - Brief introduction on individual or introduction on qualification or experience
• - Title of the thesis
• - Abstract (maximum 500 words)

Preview of Abstract
Provided abstracts will be sent to the AVAR 2013 Program Committee Members for appraising. The authors of the selected abstracts will be asked to submit the final paper before the designated date.

Paper Review Announcement
The review results and shortlisted papers will be announced on August 1^st, 2013.

Submission of Thesis
Final thesis must be submitted no later than 14^th October, 2013.

Official Language
The official language of the conference is English.

Free Attendance
The invited speakers will obtain the qualification for the conference.
